Six weeks of Open Space—a new world record! Richard facilitated a six-week-long Open Space with his software development team at Nokia in late 2011. They are the only people in the world to have held an Open Space for such a long time. Richard and his team pushed the limits of Open Space Technology, discovering some of the things it is great at, as well as some of its limitations.
Richard is an Agile coach-manager at Nokia. He leads the software dev team for one of the world's largest social identity systems, coaches Agile software teams around the world, and is the founder and leader of Nokia's Boston-area Agile community.
