- Do you recommend a nearby hotel for out of state travelers?
We negotiated a reduced rate of $199/night (plus taxes) for a block of rooms at the Cambridge Marriott hotel. However, any rooms not reserved by March 21, 2012 will be released. - What if I purchase a ticket, but I can't attend?
If you purchased a ticket and cannot attend the event, you can transfer it to another individual at no cost. Refunds requested for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event will include a $100 cancellation fee. Refund requests for cancellations received within 2 weeks of the event cannot be honored. However, the Agile Games Registrar has discretion to offer partial refunds based on extenuating personal circumstances.
- What is the dress for the event?
You should be dressed comfortably and casually.
- What should I bring to the conference?
You should bring a notebook or any other device that you would use to take notes. You won't need a laptop unless you are going to participate in Adam Sroka's deep dive session, Software Tools for Automated Learning.
